RETOUR & EXCHANGES
At Fellini, we believe you should be able to experience your purchase in the comfort of your own home. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your experience is effortless, refined, and fully customer-focused.
We offer a 100-day return policy, allowing you ample time to carefully try on and evaluate your items at your own pace. While not mandatory, we kindly encourage customers to register their return within 30 days, as this helps us process your request more efficiently.
Our return process is designed to be simple, fast, and customer-friendly. When you return an item in proper condition, we will provide a credit covering your return shipping costs, which can be used on your next order.
Return Conditions
Please return items in the same condition in which you would expect to receive them.
All items must be:
- New, unused, and unworn
- Returned with all original Fellini tags attached
- Sent back with all provided packaging, including dust bags, hang tags, and cards (as packaging is considered part of the product)
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear.
To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we kindly ask you to return all items from the same order in one single shipment.
Important Information
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration from their original condition. In such cases, we may: Decline the return entirely, or Issue a partial refund, depending on the condition. If a return is not accepted, the item may be sent back to you at your own expense.

I WANT TO EXCHANGE
We do not offer direct exchanges as a standard policy. If you would like a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order separately.
For customers in the Netherlands, we also offer the option to receive a free replacement item when exchanging for a different size or colour. This request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery so we can handle it promptly, process the return efficiently, and prepare the replacement item as quickly as possible.

I WANT TO RETURN (REFUND)
Returns can be made within 100 days of receiving your order.
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, processing typically takes 2–3 business days. You will be notified by email as soon as your return is being processed.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 3 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
We recommend checking your tracking details to confirm when your parcel has been delivered to our warehouse.

Step 2: Take your parcel, including the item(s) and packing slip, to a local drop-off point. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking, as local carriers are often the most cost-effective option.

Important: Always use a tracked shipping service and keep your proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, your refund will be initiated within 2–5 business days.
After arrival, your return will be inspected and processed accordingly. As soon as processing has been completed, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
For returns submitted within our return period, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
For orders within the European Union, applicable sales tax will be refunded as part of your return. For orders outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are generally non-refundable. In some cases, these may be recoverable through your local customs authority.
INCORRECT / FAULTY GOODS
We maintain strict quality control standards, and every item is carefully inspected before it is shipped. An item is considered faulty if it arrives damaged or if a manufacturing defect becomes apparent within six months of purchase. Please note that damage caused by normal wear and tear is not considered a product fault.
Incorrect Item
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team and include a clear photo of the item received, as well as the shipping label on the package. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Faulty Item
If you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the issue. Where possible, we may first offer a repair. If a replacement is required, we can only offer the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund will be issued.
